Daniel started out as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney in Danville, Virginia. While there, he prosecuted hundreds of cases, ranging from traffic infractions to serious felonies such as malicious wounding and drug distribution. That experience is useful in assessing cases, preparing defenses for bench and jury trials, and negotiating for best possible plea deals.

Life Experience

Daniel has a variety of life experiences that can be put to use in solving your unique legal situation. He has served briefly in the U.S. Army while at West Point, aided the homeless during the COVID pandemic, lobbied Congress and in Richmond for Cannabis Law Reform, and assisted with the 2020 Census. He has also been married for over ten years and has three sons.
